  • Where do I redeem my Gift Card?
    Similar to redeeming a promo code, when you're at the checkout page, you'll find 'Redeem a gift card' located on the right side within the Order Summary section. This option is positioned just below 'Enter a promo code.' Simply click on 'Apply' after selecting it.

  • Returns & Refund
    We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days from receipt of the order and included with an RMA number obtained from customer service. If within 30 days customers complain about the product, a 30-50% refund may be issued. Refunds will be issued to the customer's credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days from receipt of the order. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. No refunds will be issued for any used product.
